to the dates of payments by the Hong Kong Government and of surrender of the old Hospital by the Admiralty will be subject to review when My Lords are ready to proceed.

I am to request that this proposal should be made to the Governor of Hong Kong by telegraph, on account of the necessity for a reply being received before Navy Estimates for 1932 are finally settled, which will be in a few weeks time from to-day.
